Whether you are struggling with a persistent injury or just looking to improve your performance, our running clinic is the place for you.
We start by running through what you want to achieve from the running assessment, any past injuries or any upcoming goals/races/events
We will then go through a full postural and movement assessment
Treatment during the assessment will be included if we feel that soft tissue work or manual therapy techniques might be appropriate, to help speed up your recovery or enhance your performance
The next part of the session will involve you walk/running on the treadmill. We use a self propelled curved treadmill to get the most accurate representation of your running style.
The final part of the session will involve going through some corrective exercises to improve performance or rehabilitate an injury
