Bethany Brookes

Bethany graduated from King’s College London in 2015 and currently splits her time between working in private practice and as a senior physiotherapist/First Contact Practitioner in the NHS.

 

She also has extensive experience working within sports settings including rugby, football and tennis, and is a qualified APPI Pilates instructor. 

 

Bethany believes movement is essential to maintaining our physical and mental health and works closely with clients using a wide range of techniques to help them stay active without being limited by pain. 

 

In her spare time Bethany enjoys cycling, walking and spending time with family and friends.
