FAQS

We hope our website has given you as much information as you need, but sometimes there are a few questions that aren't answered on our other pages. So we've added a list of questions we frequently get asked at the clinic.

Are classes PAYG or membership?

Our classes are paid on a monthly basis via Direct Debit (GPT) or at the clinic (Pilates) on the 1st of each month.

How do I book onto classes?

Once you have had your class assessment, we will send you over access to our online class booking system

What makes your classes different?

Our classes have been designed to work for anyone, whether your recovering from an injury or just looking to keep fit, we've got the classes for you. We offer small group classes of a maximum of 5 for GPT and 6 for Pilates, our classes are mainly run by an experienced Clinician too.

What's your cancellation period?

For both classes and treatments our cancellation period is 24 hours. We understand that sometimes things come up and we will try to help as much as we can. All of our team are self employed and therefore a cancelled appointment within 24hours means our therapists won't have the chance to fill that appointment and therefor will not be paid. So we really appreciate you letting us know with adequate time.

What's the difference between Sports Therapy and Physiotherapy?

In short nothing! All our Sports Therapists are degree level, so have trained at University for 3 years in Musculoskeletal injuries.

What should I wear to an appointment/Classes?

Dependent on what you're coming in for, its advisable to give us access to the area you would like us to treat. So for example a shoulder injury a vest and for lower limb injuries shorts would be great!

We promote barefoot training, so no shoes in the gym space, but socks/toe socks are welcome :)

In terms of clothing wear what you feel comfortable in for exercise, just be aware you'll be training with other people too.
