We are excited to start increasing our Reigate timetable of Small Group Personal Training (SGPT)!
But if you're clicking on here for the first time you might be asking what is SGPT and would it be something that suits you.
Our SGPT sessions are a maximum of 6 people per session, so that we can give you the same attention as you'd receive in a 1 - 2 - 1 Personal Training session.
Our Physiotherapy-Personal Trainer Hybrid Method
Just like with all our other classes what makes us different is that all our classes are lead by either a Physiotherapist or Sports Therapist, who are also trained as Personal Trainers. This means no matter if you're returning or currently injured our classes are still made for you!
Cost Effective
A big benefit of SGPT is that the price point can be a lot lower than the average PT session of around £60, due to there being more people in a session.
Meaning that some of our classes can charge only £24 per session for the same benefits you'd get in your 1-2-1 sessions.
Motivational & Sociable
So many of our members have commented on how working with other like minded people in their sessions has helped boost their motivation.
Anything done with other people is always more fun and really helps to get you into the groove of exercising.
Still getting that 1-2-1 feeling
We try and make sure all our members get the feeling they are being looked after and directed on their fitness goals. This is why we always book in 1-2-1 chats with our members to make sure their goals are being met from their sessions.
Added benefits with your Movement Mechanics Classes
All our members recieve discounts for our Sports & Physiotherapy services, as well as our Sports Massage treatments.
You'll also be able to move around between your SGPT classes and our Pilates sessions too if you wish!
